What is your coverage area?
We are based in Kumarghat, Unakoti, Tripura and regularly deploy across all eight districts of Tripura and throughout Northeast India — including Assam, Manipur and Meghalaya.
How quickly can you mobilise for an event?
For standard bookings we need at least 7 days to confirm logistics and transport. For larger productions (open-air concerts, multi-day festivals) we recommend 3–4 weeks lead time to secure permits, power planning and crew scheduling.
Do you sub-rent or outsource equipment?
Never. Every piece of gear — from the RCF line array to the LED wall to the moving heads — is owned and maintained by DC Events. What you see in our inventory is what shows up at your event.
Can you handle both sound and lighting for the same event?
Yes — full in-house production is our standard offering. One team, one invoice, one point of contact from load-in to load-out.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
Date, venue (indoor/outdoor), expected audience size, duration and the services you need. Fill in the form on this page or WhatsApp us and we will respond with availability and pricing within 24 hours.
Do you provide a site visit before the event?
For larger productions we conduct a complimentary site survey to plan power drops, PA flown positions, truss rigging points and access routes. This is standard practice for open-air shows.
